St Agnes Bonfire Night supported by the Seabird Recovery Project
The community and Seabird Recovery team enjoyed a spectacular bonfire night on St Agnes (albeit a little it later than 5th November!)
The Seabird Recovery Project supported the annual bonfire night in St Agnes this year. Wildlife Management International provided fireworks and sparklers, food and refreshments. The adults enjoyed the fireworks as much as the children. A huge bonfire was built in the run-up to getting the islands ‘rat-free ready’, with the project assisting the community to clear out old wood and debris which can provide nesting sites for rats. Thanks to all involved in making the evening a great community event.
