Project Manager Jaclyn Pearson and volunteer Amy Horn-Norris carried out the final land bird survey this morning at the control site on Bryher.

Thanks to volunteer Bob Dawson for setting up the transects in 2013, and all the wonderful volunteers who have got up early to carry out over 40 land bird surveys during 2013, 2014 and 2016.

The picture shows a chicken on the transect eager to be recorded, but alas there is no BTO code for the relative of jungle fowl.
